I was wondering if anyone knows good sites with royality free battlebacks for commercial purposes.

Any standard ones will do, such as:

Grassy field,

Mountain area,

Cave

Etc.

Well, I've got a few in my resource thread (link in sig). There's also some at the LemmaSoft forums if you look for ones with the right sort of license. If you join Members+ right now there are currently some battlebacks available there.
