RMMV need help editing the bar on top of the battle UI

i'm pretty new to RPG Maker MV so sorry if the answer to this question is painfully obvious and i'm just making things more complicated then they are. BUT, I've been using some plugins to move around parts of the battle UI, but i've realized that there is one part that I can't seem to edit. its this little bar on the top of my game that reads out actions real time based on whats happening in the battle. I was wondering if there are any plugins to edit this bar. not outright remove the bar but shrink it a little or move it around. anything helps!
