Alright, so, I'm not a newbie programmer in general, so I kinda get what I need to do, but I definitely am as far as Ruby and its interactions with RPG Maker go, so I'm lost on how.
I'll learn to sort stuff out myself as I go, but can someone tell me where I'm even supposed to start with the following:
I hope this wasn't too elaborate!
I'll learn to sort stuff out myself as I go, but can someone tell me where I'm even supposed to start with the following:
- I want to add a few attributes to a few pre-existing entities in my game. For example, I want to create a bestiary, and I want enemies neatly divided into monster types for that display.
- I'd also like to create a game object that contains sidequests. I have NO IDEA how to declare that.
- For entities within the above, I want to attach a property to each that would have a different value depending on whether the object within has been encountered, completed, etc... How would I manage to have the game dynamically change those?
I hope this wasn't too elaborate!
