Ok, I started showing my wife how to use RPG Maker VXA, in this case, we created an Inn, using an exhisting project that I had already started on the trial period of VXA using the tilesets and their settings that come with VXA, and I don't know what the heck the issue is. Now here's the problem, the exterior maps seam fine, but when on interior maps, the player can walk ANYplace, through walls, countertops, into the transparant area. Litterally anyplace. The only change to the tilesets I've done is added the Outside_A3 tileset to the interior set, but that shouldn't have caused this odd problem.
I know the first thing someone would suggest is checking the passage settings. I've checked the passage setting on tile sets for the interior maps in the database already, so that's NOT the issue. Now ALL walls, counters, roof tiles are set to "X" for impassable, NONE are set to "O", so for some strange reason, my character is completely IGNORING the tileset's rules. Has anyone else had this issue?? If I can't get this fixed on the Steam Version, Is there a way I can get the code to unlock the other Installation of VXA? I've never seen it do this before and am seriously confused. The only thing I can think of doing is copying all of the scripts from a new project I started on the Steam VXA into my already started project. Someone please help. This is NOT making any sense to me at all... It has to be a bug.

Edit: RPG Maker updated, when I went online to Steam. Problem, but I noticed that the big fireplace on the factory Tileset C & my inn keeper are the only places that I cannot walk though.
