RMMV Need help removing level up message text.

When the player's character levels up, a message text is displayed. This message can be changed in Database/Terms/Messages being as default "%1 is now %2 %3!".

In my game I'm using Level Up Events by HIME to achieve a more visual way to inform the player that they leveled up. So i don't need the default text message at all.

If I remove the default text, a blank window box appears anyway when level up.

If someone can help me in any way i'll be very grateful.

Hi!

In the event command to change level and change exp, there is a box that you can uncheck to not show the level up message:

But how your actors are leveling up? Using the event command or a script call?

They are leveling up in the classic way, with the exp received after each battle (battle processing event). Is in this case when I need deactivate the "Show Level Up" not in change level or change exp events. Thank you for your help any way.

Got it.
In this case, try to add this little hack as a plugin inside your project plugin manager:
JavaScript:
Game_Actor.prototype.shouldDisplayLevelUp = function() {
    if(SceneManager._scene instanceof Scene_Battle){
        return false;
    }else{
        return true
    }
}

So, in battle, it will not show the message of level up.

oddly enough, at this point... 3 major things have kept me from porting my project to MZ... animations, and that's mainly because they don't match the artstyle of my game. and two...
