anyone know if theres a plugin to use a png cursor in battle when selecting a target?

what im after isnt mouse related more like a target cursor in battle like in some final fantasy games

Galv made a "mouse extension" plugin, I think. Wouldn't surprise me if it had that.

i looked and he doesnt only 1 plugin base on the mouse and thats not it
