im trying to make a custom tittle screen for my horror game but i need some help. i want the tittle screen to have fog and a flickering face. if you guys can tell me how to do it that would be great. also if you guys know how to make thunder flash in a map that would be great also. I am using Gimp and Photoshop to make my images.
