Legally, only if you use resources you have rights to use commercially. You have the rights to use the resources that comes with the maker. With any resources you've found on the web, be triple sure you can use them comercially.

Are you asking if it's possible to sell an encrypted game? Then yes! But the encryption in the maker is really limited.

You can sell a game that uses RTP resources (those that come with the engine), and with resources that you buy or create yourself. Any other resource, you have to check and make sure the creator gives permission for it to be used commercially.
