Need more control over the Escape option

So I was playing around with the idea of a survival horror game where its more important to escape from a battle than to defeat your enemies, because they are way more powerful than you. My problem is the way the escape option is implemented. In general you have very little control over it, but I tried using some plug-ins like Yanflys Party limit gauge to make it so that you need to increase the gauge to activate escape. The problem is that unless Escape is set to a different skill type things like mp costs and the limit gauge wont affect it, but if I set Escape to a different skill type it stops working properly and my character will escape, but the battle wont end and all you see is the enemy.
Is there something I'm missing here? Escape should work regardless of what skill type it is set to.

The skill Escape needs to be skill id 3 and it's skill type none. Make sure that escape is enable for battle if you are using on map battles ie evented battles.
Now in the Escape Notetag box place this:
<Party Limit Cost: x>
or
<Party Limit Cost: x%>

Now the escape command will not be usable untill the party gauge is fullled.

tl:dr make escape the way it is in a regular project and just add the party limit cost to it.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
