Need Scripts for Game (RMVXA)

Hello, my name is YouKnowWho (also I made this account a few years ago and I regret the name lol), and I want to make an RPG Maker Animal Crossing Game. I've recently gotten back into Animal Crossing: New Leaf, but noticed I've pretty much done everything, and was wanting another game to the franchise. That's why I want to make an Animal Crossing game in RPG Maker VX Ace. I do not know any code, but I know there's at least one guy out there who might be willing to help.


This will be a non-commercial project, but I'll give credit in the... I guess the credits lol. I'll try to be doing all of the art, but if anyone would like to contribute to the cause that would be nice. <3


NEEDED Code

-Choose between 4 maps


-Name town and character


-Choose where to put house * optional, i can make 4 different houses to choose from


-At least 30 villagers


-Villagers can move in and out


-Expanding and paying house (*AHEM*nook*AHEM*)


-Customizing Interior


-At least 1 shop selling interior items


-Moving and turning interior items when placed inside housel


-Day/Night cycle (possibly real-time?)


-Store opens 8 AM closes 10 PM


-Bells (currency)



Extra Fun & Games

-Customizing character's outfit


-More shops to buy clothes and tools


-Gardening (pulling weeds, watering plants, chopping trees, growing trees, wilting flowers)


-Watering can, axe, shovel, fishing rod, bug net


-Bugs and fish to catch


-Fossils, meuseum, gyroids,


-Literally everything else New Leaf has (I cant remember them all jeez lol)


--STUFF THAT MAY NEVER EVER HAPPEN--


-Going to other people's towns through Internet


-Adding other people to town


-If we can add online interactions,  then vacant shops for people to use and sell whatever items they have, so other people can buy them


-Custom designs (possibly made outside of game and imported in by player, or a paint program inside of the game)

P.S. Is there any way I can add even more tilesets, rather than changing the ones I already have? Such as adding more interior and exterior?

I think a lot of what you are wanting can be done through events and I have a feeling there are scripts that exist for much of the stuff you can't. For example, choosing 4 maps does not necessarily need a script, you can just use events to allow a choice and then transfer to that map. Also, things like customization of the interior can be done with events, though any of that is going to be fairly limited using Ace. There are many other things that can be done with events as well.


For what can't be done with eventing, you can look at the master script list, as well as search the RGGS3 script section to find scripts you will need (ex. time system).


As for the tilesets, you can in theory have a lot of tilesets, but each set is limited to the 5 sheets that make up tab A and 4 sheets for B-E. You can increase the maximum number of tilesets, as well as change them, in the database.


Based on some of your questions, I'm guessing you are pretty new to RM and so I strongly suggest that you take some time to work through some tutorials and read questions on here, to get a better idea of what Ace is and is not capable of, what can be done through eventing and what would require scripts. There are lots of day/night cycle systems for VXA .  Just search on google: "rpg maker vx ace [what you want]"

There MAY be some script conflicts (if you use all those systems that you want) but you  can try this:

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
