Need some guide

Im new to the rpg maker family, im getting mv on my next paycheck, Ive got the beta and was checking the game out and made some maps, then I though of building a house (inside) , but theres no resources for it.

Does the full game have them or do i have to make them, if so, how do I do that or which software  do i need?

Where can I find free resources either for commercial or non commercial use?

Is there any in dept guide?

There ARE resources. You probably just haven't chosen the correct tileset for your map. In Map Properties, choose the Indoor tileset (or Inside)
