Need some minor help with animations.

Hey everyone - new to RMMV, but I'm getting the hang of it. I've run into one small issue I can't seem to remedy, however. So at first I was having an issue with a cast animation, but I've since got it to not play. I'm using Yanfly's plugin for the animations. Now my issue is that the sprite is raising his hands before following up with the rest of the desired animations. for the life of me i cant see a way to have him stop doing that. Any help would be amazing.

Since you're using Yanfly's plugins have you tried putting <Cast Animation: 0> in the skill's notebox?

The type of casting pose the sprite uses is decided in the database. There's a box where you define what skill types are considered Magic.

Thanks a ton to the both of you! Black, I've actually already taken that step, sorry for not being more thorough in my explanation. Origionally I had a whole golden circle around, that notation got rid of that! As for you Were, that seems like it could be promising, I may have missed something in there I'll go take a look!

So - for the past few days I've taken "Magic Skills" to merely be some form of loose definition applied by rpg maker for me to change. Nope, those are the magic skills - who knew! Everything is working as intended now. Thanks again guys!

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
