Details about Battle Features:
PP (Power Points):
PP has a maximum to 100 PP only. It can only be gained or loss by a skill or when the Actor attacks. It is used for:
- Skill Costs: Mainly cost 25 PP to ensure that a particular skill can't be abused freely.
- Revive: Revive potions doesn't exist. A character can only be revived if an ally pays 75 PP
- Break Mode: Free, but loses 20 PP per turns
Skill Priorities:
Skill priorities is a new system to determine the order of the actions of a turn. It is decided like this:
1= Debuff (Quick)
2= Buff / Guard (Quick)
3= Recovery / Items (Quick)
4= Melee / Magic (Quick)
5= Debuff
6= Buff
7= Recovery / Items
8= Melee / Magic
9= Weapon Attack
*Guard is considered as priority 2, so priority 1 beats it.
*In case of 2 skills or more used in the same priority, the speed of each characters will be taken instead.
Higher Speed = Higher Priority
*Special events or skills like Break mode is the first thing to occur in the priority order list
Potential:
Potential is a new stat replacing Luck, it is used as a damage multiplier for Priority 8 Skills.
Every character has 50 of potential and can not gain any of it by leveling up, it is gained only depending on the armor or weapon equipped.
Any skills with potential can get insanely powerful if upgraded correctly. 50 Potential is considered as being a 1x multiplier, 100 Potential is a 2x multiplier and so on.
Potential is calculated like this: Skill damage * (Potential / 50)
In short, more Potential is more Power for normal Melee and Magic skills
Break Mode:
Break Mode is basically a Limit Break or an Overdrive or whatever of the sort. Break Mode can be activated for free, but at the end of each turns, 20 PP is consumed.
Bonus effects:
Critical Rate raised by 25%
Attack raised by 50%
Defense raised by 100%
Potential raised by 300%
4 new skills during this mode
When PP reaches 0, the buffs disappear and some Debuffs occur:
Evasion Rate is lowered by 25%
Defense is lowered by 50%
Attack is lowered by 25%
Potential becomes 10
Screenshots:

Will be provided with the demo soon!
Conclusion:
So I think I finished presenting my first game, I thought that my battle system was a little bit too complicated, but I may make some changes to it later on to keep it more simple.
It's a clichéd Fantasy RPG made with RTP graphics, but I do want to put everything I have in it to make it more enjoyable for you guys! Please reply saying what you like and what not. Thank you and sorry for my english!
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
