¿New climates?

Hi guys, I would like to know if you can introduce new climates such as falling leaves, and if possible, explain how it is done, greetings. Im use rpg maker mv, ty

MOG hunter weather is one, Ocram Weather is 2, and there other 3-4 nice ones.
depending what exacly you need.

Ocram can use weather in battles as well, BO_Weather is it also possible to do.

but the exact effect is what need more details, but you have 3 nice plugins
to start with, out of the 7 nice ones out there?

theoretically yes, but not with the "set weather effect" command.
you'll need a plugin, and then follow the plugin description/commands.
