new conditions

now this may just be me but i want a condition called wait 1 turn then *blank* or if skill *blank* is used then *blank* is there a script like that? cause i am trying to make a skill that heals a character next turn after the skill's activation

not directly, but you can count turns in a troop event and use common events and variables to check there, using force action on second turn.


Requires quite a bit of logic and you need to be familiar with troop events and variables, but can be done.

but the hard thing is is that all rpgmaker's skills are always first turn actions which is what makes it hard to make stuff like this not only that but there is no condition for if skill is used this makes it nearly impossible to make skills have a effect on the 2nd turn or even harder to have a effect for a minimal and maxium amount of turns


see if i was to use something where the skill would activate a switch which would set off conditions in the troop editor and was to increase by 1 at the end of the turn then it will be pretty damn hard to make it i will try it out thourgh

There was a script that would let you make states which trigger skills on infliction and when they wear off.


I forgot the author, but the script's name was Timed States if I remember right, and it was posted on this forum for sure.


In case you want to lessen all that pesky eventing stuff. Battle eventing is something I can't stand. :D

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
