New question about animations, why are dark colors transparent?

You need to right click the image of the animation and change the blend to "Normal" or Additive. I think it defaults to "Multiplicative", which means it's got a lot of transparency. It has less transparency on Additive. All transparency is removed if you turn it into "Normal".
