Yeah, but the school pack was released only two weeks ago, so I'm uncertain about why they weren't just released all at once?

@OmnislashXX Maybe because a lot of people don't want school stuff (I never would, for example) and having it split like this means that one can buy only those elements which one would use.

They were released consecutively in RMW store but they weren't originally on Visustella OG site.

Is the City pack usable for commercial? Im.a bit confused because the text says Commercial Use, Maker Only, but the icon is a cash with the prohibition sign...

I thought meant for the legal engines only (like the pirated versions are forbidden for these resources).

It means you can use it commercially, but only in the RPG Maker engines or VN Maker. Otherwise it would state "Commercial Usage Forbidden" like here.
Pirated versions are illegal and always forbidden. The distinction is between Degica engines (RPG Maker, VN Maker) and other legal engines.

confused as well, I think the icon should been changed to something that resemble other non degica/kadokawa engines or just basically the engine logo. or just removed the maker only word of that image since there already a maker only image making it look redundant in terms.
