Next gen RPG Maker

EB has stated there will not be a 3D RPG maker?

Or is degica working with the devs?

I think it's just because it wouldn't be worth it, and that they'd be able to see that.

Touch works for Degica, and Degica do talk to Enterbrain. So I'm going with "if Touch says it's definitely not happening, that's enough for me"

It would be great to have image editing possibilities included in the next RPG Maker.

Like being able to blur, lighten, darken areas with a brush and so on, but directly on the map in the editor (instead of using tiles with alpha blending).

But please, stay 2D.

I like 3D, but it so much more complex and difficult to get a decent result that I switched from Unity to RPG Maker for my game.

I'm sure I am not the only one.
