I'm currently working on a project and I wanna implement something like the next scene dice effects from library of ruina.

An exemple is the Ink Over page, its final die inflicts 3 bleed the next scene/the next turn, is there a way i could do that in MV?

Another thing I'd like to do is something similar to the Gold Rush E.G.O page, it gives the user 1 strength the next scene on hitting an enemy, so if you hit five enemies you'll gain five strength the next turn.

Is there any way I could do these?

your explanation lacks some details, but ill try to help.

you can set up a variable and use a common event to increase the variable.
then, use the variable on the formula to add the desired damage. remember to set the variable to zero whenever the damage occur.

you could do more with plugins such as yanflys battle, buffs & states and damage cores. these are handy when you want custom skills and situational effects.

welp, thanks to Luna MV, I was able to add the Balloon as a window... thus allowing me to edit the font color and outline... so now it looks like comic bubbles above characters. I have NO idea why I couldn't get this to work through more conventional means, but here we are.
