Sorry about my absence last week; busy IRL stuff needed to be done. I've released a brand new Weekly Devlog for NIRAVASI, which you can find here:

In a nutshell, I announce that Lotulanda is almost complete, a new Title Screen revamp, as well more details regarding the Aruvi District, NIRAVASI's fifth level.

After a while of back and forths, I've finally released the latest demo for NIRAVASI, Lotulanda the Grand Library. I've gone ahead and updated the OP to include the newest link, so give it a looksie if you're at all interested in the project. Unfortunately the free Demo version only includes the most recent level done. So in this case, it’s just the 4th Level, Lotulanda.

The Full Demo includes all the levels done so far, but is a one-time paid purchase for all later full demo releases.

Very cool game. I really like the games perspective. Adding stealth to the game would be huge since you are a sneaky cat afterall.

Hey there,

Thanks so much for the kind compliment. It's always really appreciated to hear people enjoying the game from both a technical and design angle. Now it's interesting that you bring up the idea of adding stealth to the game, as the game does actually work like that for the most part (starting from the 3rd level, a central mechanic is to avoid the robots as they'll alert the one that chased you in this demo if spotted).

It's just that the fourth level (the one that you're playing) has a design that's focused more on avoiding making any loud sounds. But nevertheless, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it.

As promised, I've finally released a playable build for the Aruvi District demo for all of you to enjoy. You can find it updated on the Downloads page. As a friendly reminder, this is only a playable demo for the fifth level of the game ONLY.

whats the easiest way to add an on-map command in RPG Maker? like when you press a button the character just jumps or runs when its held? should i get an ABS plugin and customize?
Thinking of doing a crowdfunding kind of thing on my ko-fi page, but i don't have an audience :kaoswt2: and i don't want to go to the big crowdfinding sites cause i can't guarantee that i'll complete the project. It's just for fun but i still need some more tools. Anyone else in the same boat? :kaodes:
