Okay so I'm making a sort of sandbox game that you can create stuff in, and I figured the best way to do this so that events don't clash with eachother on the map and can move around is to use an event spawning script.
The only problem with this is that they can only spawn temporary events, so the events disappear if you leave the room, or save and quit, so when you come back to your game later, everything is gone.
I tried using a script to save the event positions to see if maybe that would work, and it does a little bit. If you save and exit now but go to the title screen, they stay there, but if you shut down the game entirely, obviously they will still vanish.
Can anyone think of a way to get rid of this problem, or is my game going to bite the dust? :S
