Action Script plugin for Notepad++

Delphi plugin for Notepad++

Haxe plugin for Notepad++

but where can I find completely legal and safe plugins I am looking for so I can use Notepad++ to code in languages I wish to code in please? Thank you.

Also with the help of Hypercam 2.0 you can show plugins being downloaded and then while still recording has virustotal website scan what you downloaded and show all results.

I don't think there is any way to make sure a plugin is safe other than checking where it comes from.
