"Now loading" stuck

Hello,
I bought RPG Maker MV on steam and made simple project with one map, but after click play test I saw loading screen with text "Now loading" and nothing happend.

Such a problem can only be caused in two ways: a plugin breaking something in the engine, or a file that can't be loaded.
From your description I doubt that you added plugins already, so it is probably a load failure.

and that load failure is usually caused by placing the project in a folder that does not follow networking rules. Please give us the full folderpath from drive letter to index.html and we can check if any part of that path breaks the rules.

and we have found one problem

one of the networking rules means no spaces in file- or foldernames, and that foldername contains two spaces. Please remove them (you'll have to do that while the editor is not running) and test again.

You can call it RPG_Maker_Games or something like that, underlines are allowed but spaces not.

I changed from RPG Maker Games to RPG_Maker_Games but this didin't fix problem.

then plase give us a screenshot of the plugin manager of that project, then we can continue to search for other causes.

Moved it and shouldn't have, so I moved it back.

I tryed run with ON and OFF plugins, same effect.

please make a new project, do nothing in it and try to playtest. If that fails, most likely something is damaged within your editor.

in that case, please clear the steam download cache (steam help has instructions on how to do that), then deinstall and reinstall the editor through steam.
After that make another project and playtest again.

If even the reinstall fails, report here - there are a few more possibilities but it will be more difficult to find them.

I don't reinstall yet but I tryed use plugin "Preload Manager" from here: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/preload-manager.46515/
and plugin show error with problem could not find sound file, but this file exist in project folder addition I tested in "sound test" attached to RPG Maker and everythink work.

show us the full path you currently have to your project files. That goes back to the very first guess I had above, that something in your path is blocking access. Make sure that you spell the path exactly as you have it, perhaps a different error was missed with the first check.

Have you changed admin access rights in any way? Because it is unusual to use that as default username.

please move the project to something like c:\projects\project1 and then test again

I fixed this problem, I put font file in folder with fonts.
