Now that we have Steam trading cards... what about Steam Achievements? What could they be?

I think it'd be pretty cool if this program also added Steam Achievements, now that it has trading cards. If they did do this, what do you think the achievements could be?

Alpha Tester - Began your first test play (without crashing on startup).

Beta Tester - Run test play for over 2 hours.

Gamma Tester - Run test play for over 10 hours.

Novice Battler - Won your first test battle.

Experienced Battler - Won 50 test battles.

Master Battler - Won 100 test battles.

Following the Script - Add in a custom script and begin a test play.

Novice Writer - Create your first dialog box.

Experienced Writer - Create 50 dialog boxes.

Master Writer - Create 100 dialog boxes.

Breaking the Mold - Import a non-RTP character, battler or tileset.

Novice Creator - Use the program for 10 hours.

Experienced Creator - Use the program for 50 hours.

Master Creator - Use the program for 100 hours.

Everyone Makes Mistakes - Experience a crash during test play.

Even The Creator Can Lose - Get a game over during a test play.

Teach Me Your Ways - Create and use a custom skill in test play.

Maxed Out - Reach the maximum level with any actor in test play.

Novice Eventer - Create and save your first event.

Advanced Eventer - Create and save 50 events.

Master Eventer - Create and save 100 events.

Jack of All Trades - Use every Event Command at least once in events (not the same event, but overall).

Gone Gold - Export your game data.

Yeeeeah, no. If Steam achievements are what's supposed to be a draw for RPG Maker VX Ace, then there has been an epic failure. I'd be dissapointed if Enterbrain did that.

Also, any RPG developer worth his salt has already won all those achievements. Total pointless-ness.

It's not like it would be a major draw, but it would be a neat thing to have,

Achievements are suppose to be something to keep players playing more, these things can be easily gotten, just kind of time consuming. Yet again Game maker has steam achievements so who knows.

Game maker has Steam achievements?....god's sake.

You should be able to know when you've achieved something, without having a computerized system tell you when you have! Like, making a game period, or developing a rather complex script, or making the damn best-looking map ever!

yeah, I don't see the point for having steam achievements for the maker... oh well, never really cared about those anyways...

I'm a real dev now!: Have a completed project thread be approved by a moderator.

Blasted Contraption: Post 100 support threads because you can't figure out how things work.

Money-Money: Release a commercial game.

Parallax Schmaralax: Use every default parallax background at least once in a project.

I have games with achievements already I don't play. RPG Maker getting achievements is not going to make me use it more. Besides the reward should be doing the work and getting a product, not getting some digital acknowledgment of you doing some specific action.

No, really, I usually quit before losing. Game over screens are too slow and time is scarce ;_; . Even when I lose when playing others games, I make use of F12.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
