I have a nurse in my game and I want it to behave like the nurses in Earthbound. I'm not sure how to make it that when you have certain party members with you, she asks if you want them to be healed. Is there any way to do this? For example, if you have Jeff and Paula with you, I want her to ask if you want to heal Jeff, you, or Paula, but if you have just Paula, that she asks if you want to heal Paula or you.

Have a conditional branch that checks to see if a certain member is in your party, and have certain dialog play for that! If you need more help, or maybe even an example, just let me know and I'll be happy to assist further.

Conditional branches as Tatsude said, use "If <Whoever> is in your party"

Yeah... I might need an example. I have no idea what's happening with the nurse and it's confusing me.

Though with the limited information you have given I'm inclined to agree with the previous posters and say conditional branches is probably the best step forward, I think there might be other methods that could be suited dependent on the way the nurse itself is set up.Explain fully the way in which you have set up your nurse and what scripts, if any, are used in order to get the desired functionality you wish. Also you say:

I have no idea what's happening with the nurse and it's confusing me.
You need to be a lot clearer and more specific about what element of the nurse is confusing you and what you already have set up as to the best method to accomplish what you are asking and help relieve your confusion on the matter.

I have conditional branches where the nurse heals one of your party members if you have him, but if you try to heal yourself, she just takes your money and doesn't heal you. I don't even have it working for use of the other 3 party members, just one of them and you.

Screenshots of your event would be the best thing you could provide us, as otherwise we have no way of seeing what you have done and are just working from a lot of guesswork.

The other event pages don't have anything in them. I just put them there.

So if I followed that correctly at a quick glance, you interact with the event (the nurse) and it asks you if you want to heal. If you say no it exits out the loop, if you say yes it checks if you have 30 gold, if you don't it exits out the loop, if you do it removes it and checks if the main character is dead, if he is then it will heal him otherwise it will heal whoever is in the second party slot regardless of their health state... At least that is what it seems like you have there.

EDIT:
So I'm going off that and that alone. You can use Tsukihime's Choice Options Script

It's plug and play so simply place it under materials and you are ready to get eventing... I've took the liberty of making an example of what a working event would look like using this script to select an actor and heal them.

What this does as an event combined with the script is when you interact with the event, it gives you choices, If Actor 1, 2 and 4 are in the party but 3 is absent it will only show 1, 2 and 4. If Actor 4 and 2 are absent but 1 and 3 are present, it will only show 1 and 3. So you will only have selections for members actually within the party and selected that choice will heal that member. Plug the script in, plug this eventing into your own and you are away.

As an added bonus if you wanted to take it to the next level. You can disable choices based on whether they are dead or not.

disable_choice(1, $game_actors[1].dead?)Though I haven't tested that, it should work... so basically you'll only see choices of Actors in the party and the ones that are not dead are will be made grey and disabled so you can see they are in your party but cannot be healed as they are not dead. Though I would imagine you would still want to heal characters with low health, even if they are not dead. But the option is there.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
