Thank you!Ccool looking game, I like the concept. Definitely wanna try it eventually. Good luck.
The trailer is supposed to be showcasing some of the gameplay elements of the game, it is indeed lack of things like story or lore exposure, we are actually planning on launching a 2nd trailer to get more in-deep with the game but there is been a change of plan since we got greenlit early. The main purpose of the game is actually more of a relaxing sandboxy experience where the player is not tied into a linear story/progress and can do whatever they want, but it do have a main storyline should the player want to pursue it. Thanks for the feedback, we will be sure to make a more alluring trailer next time!Ok the Grafic looks nice and fresh in comparsion to standard rtp.
But i watched the whole Trailer and you didnt catch my Excitement.
Where is the Purpose? Where is the Adventure and Excitement that sucks me into that Island?
Which Mysteries could lie ahead? And than i think, oh nay nice Grafic but a starter RPG Maker Gameplay without shown any
Gameplay features besides the Sims that could make Fun.
Cant Vote for you right now, but maybe in the Future.
Thank you very much!Congratulations guys, have a nice journey and I wish you the best!
Thanks Clord! Congrats that your project has been greenlit too! I'm well aware about the confusing "exploring" nature of the game. We are looking to emulate Morrowind quest system where there is no handholding the player and you can only rely to your journal writing for clues and what to do next, but back then the execution was so flawed and broken (not to mention terrible grammar). We are learning from that and will implement better system to avoid confusing the player. As someone who played this game back when it was a freeware project, I recommend to have some system to explain what to do next (general idea.)
This game's "exploring" nature got me so lost back then.
Thank you! And no problem about the harsh words, I actually prefer harsh, but honest words, so we can actually fix what's wrong and keep improving ourselves! Now you got me^^ that looks very interesting and awesome for a rpg maker game.
I also wish you the best and sorry for the previous harsh words.
Not the smoothest release, but it went pretty wellLooks really great! How did the release go for you?
