Finally managed to find the windows updates on Windows 10, but unfortunately there's been no updates installed since the 6th. Just fired up my game again, and the flicker has most definitely gone. Definitely an odd one.

I've created a Launcher that should fix your problems with using fullscreen++ with a mouse here:

    http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/42520-launcher-create-adventure-games-disable-f1f12-disable-keyboard-as-controller-fullscreen-with-mouse-play-movies/

It uses the C++ code ClipCursor().

In any case, next year when the new RPG Maker MV is released we'll have mouse and touch screen support.

I have an update for you all from NVIDIA:

So, the bug has been acknowledged and the fix is in the works, unfortunately there is no ETA.

I'm having the exact same issue. Any workarounds so far? (other than fs++)

All my Nvidia drivers are up to date, and I'm running windows 8.1

My mouse script accounts for the screen ratio. I don't care if you use it, though I'm still not 100% sure it works flawlessly. You can still use it to see how you could make the same fixes for your own mouse scripts, or someone else's.

As I said in my first post, use NVIDIA driver version 347.52 WHQL which is the last known to work correctly.

Yes, their internal bug number for this issue is #1674830. Hopefully it will be listed in driver Release Notes when it's fixed.

This bug has been fixed for Windows 10 starting with driver version 358.50.

    Source: 358.50 Release Notes (PDF)

Whether it has been fixed for Windows 8.1 as well is something I am trying to find out right now, stay tuned.

    EDIT:

Installed latest version (358.91 at the moment) in Windows 8.1 and tested a few games, it seems it has been fixed.

Hello everyone, I too was on win7 and upgraded to win10. I am currently running a 4.5ghz 8 core FX processor and an Nvidia GTX 960.  I would Like to confirm a new driver upgrade recommended by levicki does in fact fix the black lines / flickering problem. I can personally confirm the fix in 359.06 driver version.

If you are still having issues, I have found a quick solution that may help

    1. Run Fraps

    2. All Done

I don't know why this works but it did for me before I had the driver fix..You don't need to record, but rather just have Fraps open.

    enjoy~

!!!Thank you levicki for sending this in and testing win8!!!

You are welcome, you have no idea how long it took for NVIDIA to respond to my bug report and fix it. You should be thanking Galenmereth too because his video was what got NVIDIA's attention.
