Octopath Traveler alike colors?

Hi, sometimes I feel that rpg maker graphic color are too bright.

Does anybody have any idea of dimming graphics like Octopath Traveler graphic?

Either use tint screen and lower the gray/saturation value or edit the graphics themselves in an image editing program like Photoshop. You will have a bit of a hard time if you're using MV graphics since it uses pure black outline and pure white outlines, so there's a little bit of work involved.
