Hey,

Is it possible in any way to convert an audio file from OGG to M4A and keep all the loops and stuff intact?

Audacity is worth a try. Though it will need some extra .dll files to export .m4a.

I haven't tried ffmpeg but it's to my understanding that it preserves metadata.

Switch Sound File Converter isn't free but it does have a trial and has appeared to work fine for me.

I believe fre:ac can convert as well, as AAC format with MPEG4 encoding... I haven't a clue about tags, but again, I can test later when I am at home.

Use Audacity, but remember that with audio degradation, the loop points may not work very well as you my get clicking and popping sounds coming from the old ones.  It's a common issue unless you know for a fact that you are encoding at the same bitrate or at a bitrate that won't affect the loop points.  I always encode at the highest (meaning bigger sizes) to ensure quality is kept as much as possible, but for mobile exports, that wouldn't work too well.

Format Factory so youbcan convert multiple files at once, but be aware while the installation, I think it wants to install toolbars to if you doñ't take care.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
time for a new avatar :)
