OGGs Size Question!

In the RMXP Help File says:
"Files containing compressed Ogg Vorbis data, known for its sound quality and compression rate. However, since RPG Maker XP doesn't support OGG streaming, the entire file must be loaded before it can be played, making it unsuitable for longer pieces."

So my question is:
"If I decide to purchase other RPG Makers to use their RTP BGMs or any music pack from RPG Maker Web, I won't be able to use it then?"

I have .ogg files from packs/restaff in my RMXP game, so it's definitely possible.

It says it's unsuitable for longer pieces, because it takes time to load the .ogg file. In my game, none of them are longer than 2,5 minutes.
You could always try out some free .ogg music files, if you're worried it won't work for you.
