Hi everyone!


I thought i'd finally introduce myself after being a long time reader but never actually posting. I've always wanted to write a book of some sort in my life but when I saw RPG maker VX Ace I thought this might be the right way to do so. Reading some of the other welcome posts I feel i'm also a fair bit older than the average age here but i'm not deterred! 


I finally found someone in life who can help me work on my project and it's now coming along quite nicely. Hopefully someone can help with my one script (cause it's sort of the main point of the game) but i'm sure i'll get by till then. 


Anyway it's fun reading about everyone's project and continuing to remind myself that these 'struggles' at times are not unique!

Welcome (to the posting side of the forum anyways, lol)! It doesn't matter what age you are, we welcome all.  Congrats on finding a person to help you, it can be difficult at times and sometimes even more difficult to find someone to help you along the way. As I'm sure you've seen, we are all pretty friendly here and many of us enjoy helping others learn and develop their skills, so don't be afraid to post more and ask lots of questions!


BTW, what exactly is the issue you are having with your script?

Not really an issue with the script, more so that I'm looking for something that doesn't exist yet in a script / plugin  I have a separate thread in the request script area outlining it. I'd be happy if you're willing to have a go. It's not a small project though i'd have to say.

@Soulnet Sorry, script writing is not really my forte (at least not yet!). Also I don't have MV, so not a lot of experience yet with JS. I wasn't sure if you meant script in your game, or script as in the script of your story. Re-reading your post, I probably should have known you meant script in your game. Anyways, good luck and have fun!
