I really like this style! It has this kind of classic-retro feel to it that is very appealing.

The only thing I really noticed is that for the black-and-white girl, her head and neck seem to be on the large side in proportion to the rest of her body.

Hands and the flowiness of the clothing could also use improvement but that's something that gets easier with practice-- just try and draw clothing and hands from photos or other good reference materials. Learning a bit about how clothing is constructed (where seams go and so on) also helps you draw it more easily.

Yeah, figured the hands and the clothing were the main issues. Gotta work hard to avoid this from now on. Glad to know they are the ONLY real problem.

Thank you both!^^

I would like to have some advice about this one (regarding The anatomy. The rest is still WIP) and then I'm done tormenting you for this year. xD

Is for a friend that owns a YouTube Channel and would like to use this somehow.

Not exactly helpful but... That heavy eyeshadow reminds me of my friend Rhema's old photos. She is a major beauty but used to use too much eyeshadow/eyeliner, haven't seen her for a while so I don't know if she still does.

This is her.

She's a beauty indeed! <3

Could you give me her phone number if you have it? 8D

Soooo, you think I should put less eyeliner on that character? xD

Btw, ehrm... I kind of uploaded the wrong version of that art.

This one has some more tweaks (but is still heaaaavy WIP):

Lol, I somehow doubt her husband would appreciate it if I did! :p

Cute, but I can't really see the differences between them when I can't see them side by side to compare.

Nice, but I'll be honest here, she looks like she is about to fall out of that seat. I'd personally prefer it be deeper or at least have some sort of handle/rail or footrest so it at least looks like she can keep herself from falling.

Long time, no see?

It's a very busy period for me recently, so it's hard to find the time to draw anything at all.

Since it's holiday time, I'll try to fix that.

Starting with this two heavy WIP sketches:

This one served as practice for female anatomy and facial expressions. I've used veeeeery little shading here.

This was initially supposed to be some kind of a character study, but ended up bein' a simple random sketch.

Yeah, it's the same girl mirrored to try different haircuts. I prefer the one on the left but... dunno.

You don't like the fact that she smokes? xD

Well, that's how she is. It can't be helped.

Btw, I made a really short comic for a friend whose game reached 1k+ downloads on Indiexpo.net. It's Pocket Quest, perhaps you've heard about that game. It's a mix between a RPG game and a Board game and it was developed with RPG Maker 2k3. It's available only in italian for now (download link: http://www.indiexpo.net/it/games/pocket-quest ), but there's an english translation in progress.

This short comic also pays homage to a certain anime\manga (which both me and my friend like a lot)... who can guess which anime\manga I'm talking about? :p

Thank you, Freank^^

And next, here comes another, cyberpunk-themed, WIP.

I'm actually kind of liking it, so hopefully I'll finish it soon. It still needs a lot of work. What do you think about it?

Yo, long time no see!
I'm back and I will try to be a much more active user from now on.

Time to update my art topic too!
... I don't even know where to begin. ^^'

First off, I made an Artstation account. I'm using it as some sort of personal website with all my stuff. It contains all of my art, games, videos, trailers, etc.
https://www.artstation.com/orudopatto

Next, here's some of my art from a game I'm currently developing.

Game Screen - Concept Art #1

The background in the first image was made by my talented friend Zorga ( https://www.deviantart.com/zorga13/ ).

More updated art to come^^

These are not bad at all. The shading is definitely better on these newer ones, and I'm glad to see your improvement. Though, it looks as though you're using darker versions of the colours to shade, which dulls the pieces a bit. What I recommend is either shifting the hue slightly for each colour (shade red with purple, green with blue, etc.) or have a general colour that more or less works with everything and use a multiply layer with that colour. Also, for the game screen, unless the character is a talk sprite or something, I'd suggest darkening her colour scheme to match the lack of light in the background. The cel-shading was a really good choice, though. It compliments your style a lot better.

Thank you, Hex^^

Yeah, I still need to improve my colouring a lot. These artworks I've shown are still placeholders so I will try to improve on them as much as I can.
Also yes, the characters are all going to have portraits with animations, like talking. And there will be a fair amount of different backgrounds with different lightings. I will have to work on each portrait and each expression and each frame of animation in order to match the colors of each BG. I'll have to think about some kind of middleground^^'
