Is there a way to force skills that target all allies/enemies to be cast on all targets at the same time instead of one after the other?

That should be one of the default features of the battle engine core or the action sequences.

It's raining...in winter :")
I was stunned-STUNNED-to find that I have been working on my current project since November. It feels like so much less time than that.
