This is a prototype of a XAS battle system I was going to touch, but didn't get a chance to. I made it into a rather short story with 1 boss fight. I made the entire thing in about 3 hours.

NOTE: There is no title screen, so the whole thing goes straight to the game.

Total Events used (Including common events): 9

I hit the 10 event ceiling (9 regular 1 common) but only because I was too lazy with the last 5. Could've condensed them too.

It's a short branching story with 8 different endings made within the world of my current big project.
It focuses mostly on simple short story telling.

My slime-tastic entry is done! It is the story of how Dr. Slime tries to find a cure for a Tsunder-enza inflicted Therese (and therefore saving Harold more headaches, poor Harold gets it in these challenges). Done with RMMV, a couple of plugins used the only one really affecting things is GabText from Yanfly -- and that is used simply for adding "color" to the game-world.
  • As TWigs posted a list (good idea!) I will too.
  • Maps: 1
  • Events: 8
  • Common Events: 2
  • Variables: 5 (though I ended up not using them all)
  • Switches: 5 (though some are unused there too, and I'm too lazy to fix it)
  • Actors: Uh 1 or 2? A couple of NPC's though.
  • Items: 2
UPDATE: No longer in moderation!
UPDATE 2: The link to RMN works, and Andoid version there!
UPDATE 3: Moved to Completed forum here, and link updated.

I found that a little softcore for my taste so here are the restrictions I followed:

I shall use:
  • 1 Event
  • 1 Variable
  • 1 tileset
  • 1 picture file on the tileset
  • 1 actor
  • 1 class
  • 1 music piece (and split in two parts)
  • 1 sound FX
I shall set the project to have 1 but will never use:
  • 1 item
  • 1 state
  • 1 animation
  • 1 type (for all types)
  • 1 skills
  • 1 enemies
  • 1 weapons
  • 1 armour
  • 1 enemies
  • 1 troops
I shall use NO:
  • Switches.
