We'll looking to buy MV due to the humble bundle sale going on, but we're also wondering if we can put the one system onto multiple computers. Almost each member of my family has a computer and we would each like our own version. (I know, we're picky, shush)

Would it be possible to put the system onto a thumbdrive or something and transfer it over to another computer and have it still work? I know there's this installation key that we need to use, so if we activate MV, then transfer it, would it work?

If you download the program through steam, and log into steam on multiple computers, it might work. However, it will still be the same copy of MV, you would just need to start multiple project files.

I think legally everyone has to have their own copy to use MV like that. As for Steam, I don't think @goodself's suggestion will work, as steam forces me to deactivate it on one computer to activate it on another, and all my steam programs then cease to work on the other computer at that point in time.

I expected as much. Alright, thanks for the replies! Steam is a good suggestion, but yeah, I don't think that'll work well myself... Could get confusing after a while tbh.

Versions of RM Software offered on the Humble Bundle are usually Steam versions, so if you buy via HB, you probably won't get much of a choice.  There might be something on the page stating that it's a Steam key.  I suspect it is, because someone mentioned VX isn't included in the offer, and VX is the only version of RM that's not available on Steam.

Okay, well, we got it all figured out now! Two version of MV downloaded! Everything is so much bigger!

Yeah, there was a Steam key. Honestly, I'm a little iffy about that, but I got the engine finally, so all's good!

Now we have a different problem. One of the engines shows up as a white screen. The commands are still selectable, but you can't see what you are doing. Is there a way to fix this?

EDIT: Never mind. That was a problem with the video card.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
