Opening Devtool will close the game immediately (Mac)

I am using RPG Maker MZ 1.7.0 with Mac OS Sonoma 14.0.

When I try to open devtool using either F8 or F12, it will just close the game. I also test it with a newly created project and it is still the same.

I tried to restart the machine, re-install the RPG Maker MZ. Nothing makes I can open the devtool again.

IIRC, last time a user reported this issue, updating NW.js to a newer version fixed it. As I don't use a Mac, I couldn't tell you which version would be ideal, but maybe just start with the newest one and see what happens.

If you don't want to do that for some reason, you can at least make it so that you can see the stack trace on errors, using this plugin.

For some weird reasons, the devtool works again after I delete

/Library/Application Support/rmmz-game

folder. I have no idea why but it just fixes the problem.

By the way, updating NW.js might prevent this again. I can probably try it later.
