Opps! I did it again.

So I accidentally deleted part of my game and trying to find a way to undo it. I thought i had a backup saved but it was overwritten too. I also had my game in dropbox but I encrypted it. So I can't reach the editing software. And there is some kinda error in that so I can't even see the dialogue. So if anyone has any ideas let me know. Thanks. Signed, The Forever Noob.

Sorry. I forgot to say it was on vx ace. Yeah, I deleted some events, NPC's and an entire mini-game trying to pin point a graphic error. Saving it as I went. I thought I had a backup saved so I could replace it all once I found it.

Alright time for professional Kitty meow Support: What you can do is a System Restore, since this is just General Lounge I will not go into details but you can google how to do a System Restore on Win7 or Win10, its really simple meow!

It's easy to recover the encrypted content in this case but I suspect that it would go against this community's rules to tell you how.


What I would suggest is to properly backup your stuff.

If your computer had an update after you lost the data, you need to do a system restore to an update before you lost the data.
