Options menu edit?

Hi, a wanna make my game in various languages and i would like to translate the words "ON / OFF" for options menu.

There's no one way to edit them?

I tried to find out in the editor, and the plugins, but cannot find them.

Another thing that i would like to do is to put the "Back to title" option of "Scene_GameEnd" in the options menu, because i really consider that is useless for a complete sub-menu.

Edit: I was searching for myself and i edit it in "rpg_windows.js" with the windows notepad, so, i only need the second one xD

You should ask Zal if there is any way to get an option that changes what text file is being used in there, instead of the user having to manually do it. That would be very beneficial!
