RMMV Pacman style game

Just movin' one a minigame to it's own project.
It's not like... done or anything but you can play it and I think it's a little bit of fun at least.

Yeah, the player used to be a rat and the "ghosts" used to be dogs but whatever.

I used to make a pacman game like that for my sister's birthdays as a private joke but it was featuring LOTS of hamburgers. And Cell heads.

I updated it a bit, the powerups work now and stuff is cleaned up a bit.
