I am using a Common Event to Show and Move a png of clouds across the screen to create clouds in the foreground in addition to a background parallax of clouds (so the player is between two layers of clouds). The clouds take 999 frames to move right to left across the screen and the speed looks great when holding still. But since they move at the same speed all the time, if you walk AGAINST the clouds to the right it looks like they move slower, and if you walk WITH the clouds to the left, it looks like they start moving faster. (Sorry about the GIF quality) It doesn't seem like there's any way to change the image speed on the fly. Any ideas of how to make the image go slower if you walk left or faster if you go right? Thanks!
