So, I've noticed that when Layer Loop is set to True it ignores that the Lock Position is set to map. I'm trying to create cloud shadows that slowly scroll along the ground but doesn't move with the camera or player.

I was wondering if there was a way to change parallaxes on a map later? Like changing one house interior design parallax to another, there would potentially be a lot of wall and floor options so It might be too heavy to put all of them into map notes and then enable/disable each individually- like if I had 20 floor parallaxes and 20 wall parallaxes that would be 40 parallaxes in the notes!

Ideally I would like to be able to tell it to just stop using one parallax and use a different one in its place! Or is there way around this/another option you suggest?

Sorry for the late response, finally able to update the plugin :)
- Changed: Allow lock position for looped layer.
- Changed: Auto Scroll X and Y has decimal numbers for slower scroll speed.
- Added: "change" plugin command.

- Added: "change" plugin command.

This is great! I had gone with another parallax option but this one is much better with these new additions! Thanks so much aaa-!

Oh man, this is the perfect upgrade from the OrangeOverlay + animation plugin I was using... animated layers AND the ability to set their draw height!!! I'm so hype; now I just have to..... rename all my files.................. again................................
(lol, small losses.)

Thanks! Well you can change the filename format to match the OrangeOverlay filename format, I think.

If you download the demo, the Fog preset setting use the fade effect. If you only want either fade in or fade out, there's no setting for that. Although you could use the plugin command to change the parallax opacity.

Hi there!
I saw that in your plugin are presets that I can configure to put a parallax in the desired map via its ID.
Making that, it will preload all the parallax maps that I put in these presets(It's not my intention)?

No, the plugin will not preload any of the parallax files.

Please can you explain in more detail how to specify the file name, number of frames, and then start the animation? I do not understand the "Parallax Filename" section. What do% 1,% 2 mean, how to correctly indicate them, in what order?

First of all, read the help file of the plugin. It contains the step by step.
Then if you try to use and don't work, you come back here and explain what you did and we try to help

Download the plugin and put it on the plugin manager. It will be there.
If you don't know the engine very well I suggest you not use any plugins yet, but make a game using the event commands and get familiar little by little.

I have used other RPG makers before but since the script thingie changed in MV I'm trying to figure out.
