Oh hello,

I need a picture to fill the screen so i was thinking it could be done using parallaxes.

So should i do it this way or is there a better way tell me please but what i really need is

someone to create an animegirl standing on a cliff.

like in the file i add with this "i know epic drawing skill"

the girl needs to have "black long hair" "kimono" and she must be pretty.

I hope someone can help me with this feel free to ask any questions.

Thanks,

sorry i am a very shy person.

If it's for a cutscene or something, you could just use the 'show picture' command, depending on whether or not you want something showing up in the foreground, like events etc...

Use your resource importer to import the picture into the 'pictures' folder, then set up an event, then click 'show picture.'

Shaz I'm pretty sure this is someone's attempt at a resource request, though badly worded.

Moving back to resource requests.

Please update your original post with more detail and information about what exactly you want. Give image dimension specifications, and describe how the girl should look like.

Alright - are you after someone to create a picture for you, or do you have a picture and you need help getting it into the game?

If you want the image to cover the whole of the screen, you either need to resize the image to fit the screen (I forget RMVXA's native resolution, I use 640x480), or you can use the 'zoom' options when selecting the 'show picture' command.

So the first thing you need is a picture of a cliff right?

And the next thing you need is an anime girl?

Full body, or is a portrait okay? (like head and shoulders)

It is much easier to find a picture of a distant mountain or landscape like this:

http://eurs.blog65.fc2.com/blog-entry-716.html

http://eurs.blog65.fc2.com/blog-entry-116.html

and then use the mapping tiles to create a cliff like the bridge in the example you will see if you scroll down. A lot depends on the anime picture you select.

Okay, well I suggest that you look on the internet for a picture that suits what you are looking for, and then ask for help to find out how to put it in RPG Maker. Or else explain a bit more fully how you want the cliff drawn. =]

Maybe someone else understands what you want a bit better than I do. =]

Good luck!

(By the way, I just went to Google Images and searched under "Cliff" and "edge of a cliff at night" and there are nice pictures. One of them could be changed in a photo editing program to look drawn with a filter if you like it. Or you could ask for a drawing to look like the picture so people know what you want before they start drawing. )

I'm no artist but a picture like the above can be manipulated a bit

No offense, but that kind of wrecks everything I did.

Someone else will have to help you then. Sorry. I didn't know.

Made it to the 10th video doing this! :kaocry:

Made the "My Beating Mystery" board today:
3ENFLSC.png

in Grim Trigger episodes 3 & 4, the main characters play a Clue rip-off board game called "My Beating Mystery" (haha), so of course I had to draw the board for it. Can't decide if I wanna add blood or not
Jeez...
I finally decide, after several ppl asking me to, to create a gamethread about project M... And my internet craps out on me halfway through the process :(
making my first game is like trying to stuff all my experience with old games into one
so its slow and painful when i dont get it right... i bet the next game is gonna be finished earlier!
