@Matseb2611 Yeah, my tongue is French and having that as new game out and description is quite beyond any language infuriating as it... well... you know try to get a can of food at your store and everything apart the company product name is inintelligeble or misdescribe but the product seems a good deal and you get home and it is a can of worms? Except in that case the label is clearly can of worms instead of celestial goodies?

Pegasus-5 was a ton of fun! I initially got it to see the PV Games Sci-Fi tileset in action, and because it was on sale, and was quickly immersed in the world and played straight through.

The skill and morale system was well thought out. For my playthrough I chose to be an Engineer, and there were lots of opportunities to use those skills, and plenty of situations where having lower levels in other skills proved a challenge, so the balance was great.

You're provided with ample choices about how to overcome obstacles, it never feels like you're locked into a specific path.

I also enjoyed the music and sound effects, and some of the cutscenes were a hoot. The maps are quality and the puzzles are suitably challenging.

The story is engaging and the characters have plenty of depth to carry it. The option to romance the various ladies on the crew spiced things up.

This is a solid game worth playing, I was sorry to see it end!

Speaking of which: based on the final cutscene, is there a sequel in the works?

Thank you for the extensive positive feedback, @akoniti. Really pleased to hear that everything in the game was fun and contributed to it being an enjoyable experience.

Yes, I am indeed working on a sequel to it. It mainly follows a different plot, but involves the same characters and will have some throwbacks to the events that happened in this first part. The sequel also mainly uses PVGames tiles for the maps, but character busts are different, and also there are some 3D images during various cutscenes (I think those can help to create more immersion in the setting). I did tone down a bit on dependency on skills, as I didn't want those to gate off the players too much and rather have branches in narrative to happen more due to player choices. Hoping to release the sequel sometime this summer, if all goes well, so not so long to wait now. :)

Awesome! I'll look forward to playing the sequel when it drops.

I really enjoyed the skill and morale mechanic, but a choice-driven narrative approach will be cool too.

Great to hear! Both the skill and morale mechanics are still present in the sequel. The skill system in that simply has the player choose 2 skills to specialise in from the start and these will remain for the whole playthrough (this is chosen for both playable protagonists). :)

Yeah... you might ask showing more of broken wings. Oh wait I forgot to make you layers that might help tweak filters on.

You saw the cuts and my cheats there. Might have to get back on it before I get on "Thomas The Steam Engine" again. :p

After working out some initial confusion, I managed to get Yanfly's Improved Battlebacks successfully working on a test battle, changing the battleback and getting it to scroll during combat. This means that I can have graphically dynamic battles on moving platforms, like the roof of a train or the deck of a ship/airship...
