The new Slayers are immediately informed about strange crystals that appear in a wide variety of locations, known as Vortex Crystals. The Research Leader explains the dangers of these crystals. Monsters who stand too close to their aura or consume them become infected with the Crystal Virus. Monsters infected show unusual side effects, including increased hunger and extremely violent tempers. It is known that if an infected monster dies, depending on their strength and how healthy they were, they resurrect while also gaining ultimate strength and power from the virus. Their attacks become deadlier and can inflict a weaker form of Crystal Virus to their targets. Targets infected with this weaker virus die in a matter of minutes. After its host dies, the virus goes along with it, as it needs its host to survive.
With this newly learned information, the Guild notifies our heroes of any sightings regarding infected monsters to be immediately slain. As you progress, you'll unlock more and more Crystal Virus Quests until the Guild finally finds the monster that creates these crystals and sends you off for a great showdown against the mysterious monster...

FEATURE STATUS

Swords focus on inflicting status effects and elemental damage while maintaining efficient DPT (damage per turn). Swords are also known for having at least 1 Gem Slot. Gem Slots can be filled with a Gem that can increase a variety of stats.

These are weapons that rely on MP (Magic Points) to unleash their highest DPT. They're perfect for unleashing fast combo attacks and have a wide variety of Combat Arts involving impressive DPT. Most Light Swords focus on elemental damage and greatly increase Agility but decrease Defense.

Want to inflict massive DPT with a single strike? Look no further, the Great Sword is here! Its normal attack features a mini-game where you must perform a timed-attack. The more accurate the timed-attack is landed, the heavier the blow will be. These weapons use up lots of MP but many come with a small Defense boost.

Much like the GS, Hammers are built to smash monsters right in the noggin! They are capable of stunning monsters once enough hits are landed. Their power falls slightly below a Great Sword's, but their ability to stun monsters makes up for that loss. Their Combat Arts don't feature much action and mainly focus on single powerful strikes, so it isn't too smart to bring only Hammers to a fight. Combat Arts that increase the chance of stunning a monster heavily rely on MP.

Repeaters come with with a unique Combat Art that increases its user's Evasion Rates by 90%. Many Repeaters also come with a boost in Agility, but a decrease in Defense. Their Combat Arts involve feeding as much lead to your enemy as possible and using different bullet types like Thunder Ammo, Fire Ammo, Ice Ammo, etc. Some of their Combat Arts change their bullet types which include: Poison Shots, Sleep Shots, Napalm Shots, Paralysis Shots, and Explosive Shots.

Tonfas are known as end-game weapons and require rare materials to forge. They are essentially a combination of Sword, Light Sword, Great Sword, and Hammer. Tonfas perform extremely powerful attacks, so powerful that they are capable of creating small, high-powered explosions. In addition to this, they have a small chance of stunning enemies and have Combat Arts that involve GS-charged mini-game attacks to deal unforgivable damage. Tonfas massively increase Agility and Defense, but heavily drop Magic Attack.

As a small note, PHANTASY FRONTIER will be affordable, and with much content to offer and free future expansions, it is more than a fair price. PHANTASY FRONTIER will release at $8.00 and will increase with every update.

(Oudated as of 4/17/2020) Testing Hardcore Kurabonaut.
(Outdated) Testing Kurabonauts. There was a mistake made where I accidentally labeled them as Hardcore... These are just regular Kurabonaut, not Hardcore variants.
