I know photoshop has its own forums but I'd rather post it here as it is a very simple question and I'm sure anyone using photoshop here can answer this.

My pencil brush is 1 pixel, I have the normal grid 32x32 and subs 1x1, I'm doing pixel are but my brush isn't snapping to the 1x1 pixel so I have to line up the brush exactly for it to work, if I am off by a little itll put the color in the next square.

Is there a way to fix this? Google searchs are not telling me crap.

Wait, so you are trying to draw a straight line?
if so, just hold shift.

zoom in into the picture until the pixels and the pencils are large enough so that a few millimeters to the side don't matter when you click.

(OK, that's a newby solution I use as I'm no artist, but it usually works)

If you're using a tablet, you might also want to make sure you have pressure sensitivity turned off on that particular brush. I find that can really be a pest at times and causes things not to draw properly when working with a 1px brush.

I use the pencil tool, it does the same thing. It doesn't do as a brush does. It is a solid square of color. The problem is it doesn't snap to the grid like it should. If my cursor is close to a square beside the one I want, it will go into that square instead of the the one the mouse is actually in.

I had to turn on snap then turn off the individual snap options and then turn off general snap again before it worked for me. Photoshop just doesn't want to turn the stupid snap-to options off.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
