Picture Battlebacks

Hello, after searching far and wide, I haven't been able to find this.

What I mean by "picture battlebacks", imagine having several layers to your battlebackground, all of which are different pictures. For instance, you could have a completely black background, and then have some spirals and stuff spinning in front of the background, but behind the enemies, if that makes any sense.

EDIT: It kind of did what I needed it to do, but the layers need to rotate for it to work for my effect. Still open :/
