Pirate's Curse

~Welcome to the golden era of the mask hunt!~

A pirate themed rpg, heavily inspired by Monkey Island, Zelda, Dubloon, etc.

I started developing this game with the focus on creating a rpg which is still a rpg maker game at it's core

but with some features that will make it differ from your "typical" rpg maker game.

I drew most tilesets and sprites myself (took a while with my mediocre drawing abilities),

composed some background music and took use of some great scripts I found on forums.

I hope you like it!:)

Features

-a hopefully 6 hour long main story with various side quests

-many islands with treasures and puzzles

-fully functional mouse (game is entirely playable with a mouse)

-active time battlesystem with animated enemies, actors, attacks and small quicktime events

-a hud giving you necessary information and menu options

-selfmade music and art

-menu overhaul

-3 different classes

-your own crew

-no random encounters

-you can find a boomerang

-a sergeant named Salt

-lots of beer and bears

-bad english

-and much more...

As of right now there is no demo available because I want to polish everything a bit more and want the demo to last longer than half an hour.

Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
