Are there any ways to make the font pixelated (like gameboy games), even when I use pixel fonts RPG Maker VX Ace renders it with anti aliasing, I'm trying to get a gameboy look so it'd be great to know if I can create a font like sprites for that or use an existing one with pixel perfect setting since there should be only 4 colors in game.

Do you search for a font like that:

You can find a font change script for VX Ace here:

I guess the AA does your graphic card and the setup you chose. ;)

So disable the AA in your graphic card configuration. (\s/)
Yes I have few fonts like that, none of them works like pixels should on the game, they either have outlines or weird anti alliasing, pretty much tried various sizes of 5-6 pixel fonts and all of them have the same problem.

Well, there's no way to get the program to stop trying to add the anti-aliasing because of how it outlines the text but I've found that if you put the font at just the right size it stops trying to AA the font itself at least.  If you can get that right the program generated outline is less obvious.

Edit:  I should say, no way without a script.  There may be a way with scripting but I don't know what it is.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
