Introduction
Hello Everybody! Welcome to my RMMV Tile Resource Thread.

Originally starting as a 'World Map Extension' project, due to the lack of World locations in RPG Maker, I began to create world map tiles from
the RTP so everyone had a free resource in which they can use in commercial and non-commercial ways. This project was one of the first
in expanded the RPG Maker overworld tileset, with many other artists following suit.

This soon changed into creating amalgamated tiles from RPG Maker MV's tileset, creating tileset addons.

Below are various tiles, separated into date of creation and type and are collated into a 48x48 pixel grid; so they can be
added to RPG Maker MV in their current format.

Notes

Thank you for taking the time to read through the bulky introduction. Below are a series of notes regarding general thread management.
  • I would love to see what creations you come up with, so please post your results in the thread (contained within spoilers).
  • Feedback on these resources is appreciated, as always.
  • If you have any questions, concerns or problems about a specific tile, please don't hesitate to ask.
  • If you have any suggestions for future additions, and/or improvements to other tiles - please suggest them, and I'll see what I can do.
  • Please report any mistakes as soon as you come across them; through the thread or through PM.
Usage Conditions
  • Enjoy full use of these tiles both commercially and non-commercially, due to being created out of RPG Maker MV's RTP.
  • You are not allowed to redistribute or repost the resources elsewhere; if someone asks about them, please refer them to this thread.
  • You can edit the tiles, but you cannot post the edited tiles elsewhere - these tiles have taken time to create.
  • You MUST own RPG MAKER MV to use these assets; use in other makers (even RPG Maker) is prohibited unless you own RPG Maker MV.
  • Please credit respective owners - Enterbrain/Degica for the RPG Maker Series and RTP and PixelMister for these Assets.

Thanks Kaus!

Those'll be a great help - I was going to create some video game packs as well, with locations from other games being done - Final Fantasy would be one example.

That sounds amazing! I was looking at those temples today as well, so if you do make matching tilesets for those, I'll be sure to check 'em out!

Oh, and it's good to see you expanded the thread! :)

I will do, I'm going to create tiles which match up with the World Tiles - especially the buildings.

Thank you!

Thanks for showing me! May I suggest you look at actual maps, for better land construction? It's incredibly blocky.

Nice start though, and I'm glad the tiles have worked well for you!

Next tileset - Sci-Fi Set will be uploaded on Wednesday!

Some horror world themes would be good. Wasn't planning on making a world map for my game but your quality is so good, I may make an exception ;)

These look great but I wanted to ask a question: Can I use these in a world map I'm making in gimp for my game If I give credit to you?

Ahh, I hadn't thought of horror - I might give it a shot.

You can use them in Gimp but you will require RPG maker MV license and program - otherwise you would be breaking the terms of use.
