Hi Im wondering if there are any scripts like this one http://downloads.rpg-palace.com/details.php?id=4 (look at the second picture)

for the Rpg Maker VX Ace.

The special thing about it is, that you can use a black/white picture to determine the passable spots.

I'm using parallax mapping, and the default 32x32 grid sucks hard :)

At the moment I use this one: http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/topic/1002-khas-pixel-movement/

But with it i have to use events for the passability. Im wondering if there are any more simple scripts like the script at the top for ACE?

Thanks for reading

Khas also has a pixel movement script, as well as some others.  I would link JUST the script, but it's in a zip file.  Anyway, here's his blog script section.

That script don't do what i want to do or i don't see how to setup map collisions.

*edit*

I linked to the VX Version of the Khas Script, but I use the Ace Version. I have corrected it. Appologies for this!

In other words, you want something like collision mapping.  Making an image to use as the basis for collision detection instead of the grid.  It, really, would only work like that since all RTP stuff and even most parallax stuff would have solid square tiles.  Well, here's hoping someone makes it for you since I would like that for a couple of games I want to work on.

Yeah, the most have solid squares tiles, but the squares arent 32x32 all. There are things which are smaller and need smaller collision and not the full 32x32. Or I often place things not based on the 32x32 grid, so there collision box need to be higher or lower etc. In x and y coordinate.

All this can be done with Khas-Script, but you need to setup events for every box and because of that I need very long to finish one map.

I think Im not the only one you would like to have such a script or tool like Khas Physics Editor.

Victor's script handles event collision, but so far no one has implemented collision maps yet which is unfortunate since parallax mapping has been around since forever.

Collision maps... o__o If something like this existed for VX Ace, it would be an incredible time-saver.
